MOTIVATIONAL MONDAY: More Efforts, Better Outcomes

Hi everyone. It's time for Motivational Monday series. Our topic for today will be "More Efforts, Better Outcomes".

Have you ever wonder why some people obtain different outcomes although they are learning/doing the same thing? Students who had been taught by the same lecturer may not get the same grade. Employees go to office to work but not all of them get the Best Employee Award.

The reason behind this situation is effort. We may do the same thing but we may not put the same amount of efforts. Some people put more efforts in order to achieve their goals. Some people dream to achieve something big but put lesser efforts.

In certain situations, we see someone who seem like do not put much efforts but can get a good result. Does it the reality? Bear in mind that, efforts are not limited to what people see but they include what you do secretly too.

The easiest example is students achievement in university. I believe some of you have friend(s) who seem like do not really focus in class/always do not understand what they learn but they obtain dean list award. How does it happen?

Everyone has their own preferred study style. Some students prefer to study in public place with friends. That's why it's look like they are hardworking and you know that they study for examination. On the other hand, some students prefer to study at home/hostel. So, no one see if they study.

If you feel like you already put many efforts but the outcomes are still not satisfying, do not give up. Just continue putting more efforts until you achieve what you want. You don't know how much efforts someone put in order to be who they are now.

Today's Quote: More efforts, either done publicly or secretly will lead to better outcomes. So, work hard until you achieve the desired outcomes.
