Trip To Bintulu 2019 Part 3

Hello everyone. Welcome to part 3 of my Bintulu trip story. So, on second day at Bintulu, we started our day by having breakfast at the hotel. There were many types of food being served and they were so nice. I think we spent one hour something for breakfast. After that, we went back to our room to rest and get ready to go out.

Around 12pm, we started our journey to our first destination which was Pantai Tanjung Batu. It is quite near to our hotel. There were not many people at the beach as we went there in the afternoon. I found out that there would be food trucks starting from 2pm until night. Since the beach was quiet and only got few people, we took the opportunity to take a lot of photos.

After spending quite long time at the beach, we continued our journey to next destination which was Taman Tumbina Bintulu. It is a wide area and we just went through each section for a while because of time limitation. I do not think that visitor can visit all the areas in one day. Taman Tumbina Bintulu is a suitable place to be visited by those who love nature as there are many floras and faunas can be seen. There is also project conducted by students from Universiti Putra Malaysia Bintulu Campus. It is a great place to take photos. The good news is the entrance is free.

We went back to hotel after lunch and rest for a while before going out for dinner. Since only shopping mall is easier to be found and many choices of food available, we decided to go to The Spring mall. The mall is quite big but some of the shops still have not open yet.

This entry has come to the end. I will tell more about my dinner and the souvenirs that I bought. See you in the next entry. Have a nice day.
